The Gravfil® EXCEL range presents PC-PLC and servo motor controlled liquid filling machines. Filling nozzles are specifically designed and selected to suit every type of liquid, viscous or semi viscous, hot or cold. The machine can handle a wide range container shapes and sizes to highly configurable speeds.
The Nexus Volumetric Rotary Filling machine is suitable for high speed liquid filling. The high filling accuracy, which is up to +0.1% of cylinder volume, is ensured by the unique design of the filling valve – only available on Gravfil® machines.

We can provide an ATEX-rated filling machine to handle potentially explosive liquids, gels or foams. This is particularly relevent for the production of hand santiser.
The machine operator has access to run, changeover instruction, machine status and Advanced Profile Filling menu screens. In addition, a maintenance technician can diagnose a machine problem with minimal downtime.
This innovative system allows the fill speed, nozzle speed and nozzle position to be optimised and controlled through our software. Complicated shaped containers and demanding products can be quickly optimised.
