Capable of filling liquid up to 18,000 bottles per hour, the Nexus is focussed on high speed and efficiency. This machine is perfect for food, beverage and other sensitive filling requirements. All parts that may come into contact with your product are machined in stainless steel, plus our Clean-in-Place system allows for rapid and efficient flushing.
Our cam-driven machine is capable of capping bottles and containers at high speeds and volumes. Operating with hysteris clutch tightening technology, the Puls-i machine is ideal for closure of plugs, push-on and screw-on caps. This versatile machine can seal containers from 20ml up to 20 Litre.
The Delta Servo machines utilise a programable servo-driven axis, replacing the conventional cam driven movement of a typical rotary capping machine. The Delta Servo delivers rapid capping and closing of containers across an extensive range of cap types. The extended stroke option allows the insertion of straws for pumps, triggers and dispensers. Highly configurable options offer a variable capping head stroke from 20–320mm.

We create a bespoke service plan to match the machine and the customer’s intended use.
Our UK-based technicians can remotely connect to the machine through the customer’s VPN or 4G device. Our service desk can monitor the condition of the control system and, if required, take control of the machine. This important advanced feature further improves machine uptime and most cases prevents the requirement for on-site intervention.
In addition to maintenance and diagnostics this system can be also be used for operator training.
Our machines use energy efficient Siemens servo drives, motion control and PLC systems. When not in use they can enter hibernation mode to minimise power use with up to 30% energy saving over conventional equipment.
